For me, it was the 1958 NFL Championship Game between the Baltimore Colts and the New York Giants. This game is referred to as The Greatest Game Ever Played. IMO it was indeed the stuff of legends. At least 17 of those players are now enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. That game really fired things up for the NFL and begat the AFL the next year to cash in on football fever.
It was 28 December 1958 and I sat home in front of a black and white TV to watch it. I recall Alan "The Horse" Ameche storming across the goal line, he had the ball wrapped in his arms like his life depended on it. That image became an iconic vision in Baltimore for decades.
Alan Ameche and another player (Gino Marchetti) went on to start a burger chain in Baltimore (Gino's) that prospered for years until they sold out and it got lost in the corporate buy/sell mania of our times. But I worked at two of those places during HS and CC days, and their double decker sandwich (The Gino Giant) beat the pants off the Big Mac and other such offerings.
Tons of Baltimore Colts fan still have their 45RPM recordings of the Baltimore Colts fight song and the last two minutes of that game.

The 2009 NFC Championship game. I didn't drink a drop. I remember every second of it. When I watch a replay, it brings back a surreal, almost vivid memory. I love it. Are you talking about that we attended?
No, any game that is anyone's most memorable, and hopefully WHY they consider it such.

2004 NFC championship on a cold miserable winter day. The images of the wind swirling, blowing trash everywhere and Dawk crying will never leave me.
Even though I wasn't born the 1960 NFL championship should be mentioned. Chuck Bednarik didn't leave the field, played both ways and special teams. The image of him after the last tackle is probably the best image in Eagle history.
Do any other Eagle fans here remember the Bounty Bowl? Thanksgiving 1989 the Eagles sacked Troy Aikman 11 times and Buddy Ryan supposedly put a bounty on the Dallas kicker.
Games I attended:
1) 2009 NFC Champ Game--already explained
2) 2009 NFC Wild Card vs Atlanta--first home playoff game ever for AZ Cardinals. It was insane. My voice hurt for 5 days after. On top of that a great, tight game.
3) 2010 NFC Wild Card vs Packers--Over 100 points scored. It was an arena game. Ended with the Defense stepping up.
4) 1998 vs San Diego--Chris Jacke hits field goal to send us to Playoffs vs Dallas, for first time. Partied late into night.
5) 2008 vs Rams--Blowout game, but clinches NFC West title for first time.
Other games:
1) 1987 AFC Championship--The Drive. I was a Broncos fan back then. Sorry
2) 1988 AFC Championship--The Fumble.
3) SB 43. Ah man, what could have been had Kurt Warner seen James Harrison.
4) SB 32--This one is for John!!
5) SB 34--The best SB ever...with the Rams winning by one yard.
