I hate to say it, because I really like Mike, but the same things that sunk him here in Denver seem to be following him to Washington.
Oh, I hope not! I think it's a pretty good staff overall. I have always liked Haslett. I did hear on a local sports radio show that he's thinking about hiring that crazy old LB, Romanaski (sp?) to be the strength training coach!! Now, I don't like that pick at all, I find Romo to be a pretty crazy dude!

Also remember, this is the Redskins we're talking about, they have been miserable for the last 15 years so this is a good start. I am hoping for the best I guess! I hope they're much better offensiviely and just as good defensively!!

McNabb to the Redskins??? Are you serious? Yes, the 'Skins make another boneheaded decision and give away 2 draft picks for an old, washed up QB!! Is Danny boy still running the show? I'd say, YES.... Any thoughts 'Skins fans?

Cowboy fan here - the Eagles must've had an about face on their opinion of him (said he was a HOF'er at one point) and then trade him to a division rival.

He's only 33 - still in his prime?

Yep, that's a strange move on their part trading him to a division rival, they must know something.

At 33 and as injury prone as he's been in recent years, it's yet another BAD move by the 'Skins!! 'Skins front office still SUCKS!!!

Oh please, even hurt he is 5 times better than all the QB's on the Redskins roster put together. The Eagles are idiots for giving away a good QB away within the division.

I am not drinking the coolaid like you guys until I see what they do with the offensive line. The Redskins need to address the offensive line if they want to be better this year.

I agree wholeheartedly with the above statement.

Me, I like McNabb even though he aint what he used to be. Still to me, I don't think I will ever fully accept him as a Skin. I mean, I like him, but without him clad in that green, it's just NOT McNabb.

Isn't anyone else surprised that he didn't agree to an extension before or immediately after the trade? To me, it means he has had communication with Uncle Chilly and will sign with the Vikings after he plays out this contract and once Grandpa Brett retires after 2011. The symmetry continues on!

Redskins need to add some talent to their O-Line to protect our interests.

I wonder if the 'Skins are going to address the Offensive Line in the draft now that they got a QB. Any word in the local media DC folks? Also, any word on who the starter will be at RB?
