Supposedly they also bought the Bobcat Trail Golf course in North Port as well. On top of that, my neighbor said he saw a blurb on local news within the past few days that Allegent's building plans had just received approval from the county. Looks like it may actually happen.

They tried/trying to entice the beach crowd with photos of the crystal clear Peace River. I don't think that marketing was very successful. Maybe enticing the golf crowd will sell some units. Hope something happens.
