Apt: I think $600 is little low for a one bedroom. When I lived in Cary/Morrisville about 6 years ago it was $572 then for a nice 1 bedroom apt. I just downsized in January to a 1 bedroom and it's almost $700 a month. There were some sketchy places under $600, but being a woman I couldn't go for that. I live in Durham and I looked in Morrisville and the prices were the same or more expensive.
Gas: $30 a month is really low. I guess it depends on how much you drive, but it costs we over $50.00 this week to fill my tank (mid-sized sedan) with the Kroger discount, lol...Hopefully the gas prices will go down.
Also, a few places I looked at in Morrisville had a separate gas bill. A few places did include water & sewer though.
Check Craigslist. I saw a lot of specials up there, also check Aptratings.
Last, you don't have anything down for entertainment.
