Oh yeah< i hear my wife complain constantly about this. She misses her place in NJ, and not just for the cost of the job, she says.

Heard from another Harris Teeter that the opening will be the end of August. They had a hiring event on July 13. Now, I'd love to know if any of the other spaces have been leased. Drove by there last week, and none of the other spaces look like there is anything going on with them.

Looks like they have plenty of room and are planning on some outparcels. I just hope it's not a McDonalds!

Dunkin Donuts and cheap gas station please!

Not in the US.

I was being a bit sarcastic.

I fully expect any outparcels to include a Walgreens, Sheetz, and McDonalds or Bojangles.

Great. More traffic on a roads without funding for improvements. Raleigh needs to be penalized for approving sprawl.

The tract is far outside the Raleigh ETJ, and it's deliberately low density development in order to protect the Falls Lake watershed. AADT on NC 98 is nowhere near a crisis. AADT on NC 50 is getting to be a problem, but there's already a corridor management plan for NC 50 and it won't be long before the road is widened north of I-540.
