Yeah this snow is heavy I am worried about losing power. It's happened every time we get this wet heavy snow. Last time we were without for 8 hours and I would not want to go longer than that.
Husbands flight from Orlando to RDU landing at 11pm tonight cancelled . They put him on another flight scheduled to land at 8:30 am tomorrow and have since cancelled that one as well. They just put him on another one for tomorrow night. Still coming down heavily here in Apex.
If he can get to the airport for a 1735 flight there is an AA flight going to DFW and then another to RDU with seats. Arrives at 1202AM. Most of the others are canceled or overbooked.

I'd say ~3" in N. Raleigh, will go have a walk and take pics. Good to see most people are not on the roads or are taking it slow, though a few nimrods who can't be arsed to clear the snow off their cars and have very poor visibility.
Dale Earnhardt, Jr. ran off road and hit a tree. I am staying home.
