Holy cow there are a lot of people in Cary with nothing to do on a Saturday morning. Does no one sleep in any more?

I'm somewhere in that mass of sweaty people. It was hot. It was so humid. And it was soooo crowded at the time I went (9:30am to noon).

We went after it rained after noon. It had really cooled down and the crowd had thinned out a lot. We still had a great time and ate WAY too much food. Then the rains came again........but we stayed until they started shutting down at 5pm.

I pampered myself and slept in until about 6:20.

I checked your pics to see if I saw myself in there. We hung out until the rains came pouring down the first time. It was awesome- glad we were down here to see all the great art.

Ugh. How DOES one do that? No one should be up at 6:20 on a Saturday unless they are just getting home.

Default Good Art????

Come on people. There were just a few professional quality artists. The rest were professional hobbyists.

We are very dissapointed. They need to raise the bar please. Gone for years. The quality has gone weak.

Lookin' good Mike. Thanks for the pictures! Getting there early is the key I think. I hope the rain was not too much of a damper on the event!

Do you have kids? I was up at 5:45am with my 8 month old son (sleep schedule doesn't change too much from weekday's to weekends yet). I long for the days where I slept in to 9-10am
