Thank you Lady, that's why even the house reduces the price couple times, and the agent has it opened every other week since May until now, it's still in the market though the price is reasonable with a convenient location.

That girl parked the car infront of her house.. If she parked it in her garage there would have been no problem.
You say the house across the street won't sell. Your story only support the claim that people who won't park their cars in their garages bring the property values down.

I didn't say that, but actually that girl parked her car in her drive way not in the garage nor infront of her house (and at that time, I never think about where people park their car)

More detail: that nasty girl on the way back to home, and stopped by me, and then she drove to her drive way.
