What's the shortest amount of time you owned a home?

18 months and it happened twice. Bought the first one for $70K and sold it for $140K. Then bought the next one for $190K and sold it for $280K. Then bought the home I am in for $280K and now 25 years later it is worth $280K. Guess it all caught up to me.

Bought in 2009 and sold it in 2010. Sold it for more than paid but still had to come up with 10k at closing.
