Seller wants credit - 5 weeks AFTER closing

We have not heard back from her - not even to tell us she had relayed the message to the seller's agents. So we are trying not to worry about it at this point.

We have no time to worry about it. They also left us with carpenter ant infestation which has been lots of fun to deal with. Our inspector did not pick up on that. Good Times.

When you sell a used car do you asked to be reimbursed for the gas in the tank? No. With nothing stated in the contract they have no recourse. Sent them a quart of Castrol GTX and tell them that's the best you could do
