So they finally leave and my realtor calls me at about 7:30 and tell me that their realtor called her and this is what they said. The inspection came out great and they did not find anything. However, the wife was not able to make it and while doing the inspection the husband noticed that there is some scratching on the kitchen floor and on my patio door from the dogs. So NOW the wife HAS to come back tomorrow to take a look at the scratching to see if it is acceptable to her and see if they are going to go through with the sale because of it. SERIOUSLY??? What the hell is wrong with these people? You are moving into a 6 year old home! Of COURSE there is going to be some things that cosmetically are wrong with it. Oh and did you NOT see the floor the other two times you were here???? Stuid asses!!!

Then my realtor tells me that they told their realtor they were offended that we said we would take the deal but we were not fixing anything on the insection report. YOU WERE OFFENDED??? I just cannot believe buyers anymore. I am just beside myself here. So I am thinking this is going to fall through all because they cannot handle some scratching on the floor. OMFG - I am just ready to burst!

I honestly don't even know what to do. If they want them replaced, they can suck wind. That would cost around $6000.00 and there is no way I am shelling out that much for them. We may offer $1000.00 towards fixing it, take it or leave it. Truly, I just don't know what else to do. There is NO MORE MONEY so them asking us to replace them would be a slap in the face after they already got $40,000 off the list price of the house. Thankfully, their agent is gone and cannot show it so it is my realtor who has to show it to them and she is really good at setting people straight.

Morning, Guess you all stayed up late around the camp fire last nite. We are now at 19 and I am heading out to get groceries in a bit. Gotta break the ice for my babies first!

Hammy, Hope your agent does set them straight, with all you have GAVE them they may just be testing to see how much more they can get and see just how desperate you are. Another one playing games. Good luck today.

Lacey, Hope those knees get to feeling better, better forcaster than the weather man huh? I understand. Oh did the dress come in yet?

NJ, Yes yes yes go for a cannoli! Oh I so miss them, miss the bakeries in Chicago for sure. Here you say bakery and they tell you about krispy creme doughnuts. 3 day old and sold in the gas stations, ick.

Good morning campers, well i got about 5 hour sleep, thats pretty good for me, the dogs waiting until 4:45 to want out..I'll be so happy when they get to use a doggy door again..

Did I tell you all that we are headed to Vegas tomorrow afternoon? Flying out at 2:30 from Portland, meeting up with my son and his soon to be bride later that night...Saturday we have cake tasting with the cake dude, and going to check out a bbq restaurant to see if it might work for rehearsal dnner. Sunday my future dil and I are having hairdo's done..my hair is pretty short so not much they can do with me, but they are going to do up do run throughs with her...then in the afternoon Sunday the CC where the wedding is going to be is having their annual bride and groom extravaganza..food tasting, drinks, all the tables will be set with different colors, floral vendors will be there, photographers, etc...then they fly back to Sac late in the evening. We are going to then drive up to St. George and stay with our friends until Wed evening when we come back here...this is one reason we would like to get this loan done before we leave, if we are away, and they need paperwork, we are sorry out of luck.

Send positive thoughts my way girls that we get the go ahead today..

Kristine, when are these folks coming back, did you say Saturday? Glad your agent will be there, you know those scratches can be buffed out..I would not offer $1000.00 see what happens...gosh what is wrong with saying to yourself, as a buyer, dang we got a good buy?? and let it go at that. It's called greed.

Kristine-I wouldn't offer them 1000.00 ----they would most likely pocket it! They sound like total ingrates and scammers. Not a penny...
It is 6 freakin years old..... I am so sick of these people. I guess if I put up 20k to stage my home maybe I would get more lookers lmao..not!!! I am with LAcey!! offer nothing!!! Your realtor can tell them that you are ALREADY bringing $$$$$ to the damn table!!! and you are tapped out. Hint hint--their closing YOU are paying for?

Dogmom, Now that sounds like a full schedule. You are going to have fun, relax and enjoy. The bank will still be there when you get home. They are saying that with all the refis that new loan apps are being suffeled to the bottom of the pile. Tell your LO what is going on and that you will be out of town, ect. Be safe in your vegas outing!

NJ, KK is still up and going here. In P'cola they tore down the old building, so sad, and put up a bigger and better on. They have lines standing to get in, real pain in the butt. Then they added a drive thru and they block traffic to get in. It is downtown and on a very busy intersection, which makes it a royal pain getting in and out. You are right though they are good when they first come off the line, the ones at the stations are awful!!!!
