If there is even any sort of holiday gathering I have to bring my deviled eggs. I think they are popular because I don't make them with any mustard.

I'll bring the jello shots if you make the halibut wrapped in Bacon

Famous might be pushing it but everyone seems to like my Beef and Ale stew ( or "Beef Bourguignon" depending on my mood) with home made mashed potatoes. The secret being cooking it on just about the lowest heat for about 2 or 3 days and keeping on adding up ale ( or red wine).

My Rabbit with Mustard and White wine also has garnered a certain following ( our Finnish friends never had rabbit and now are firm addicts of little Thumper in a Pot) as have my marinated stir fried chicken and vegetables with egg noodles.

I also make a decent Salmon fillet with gremolata herb crumb topping , served with couscous and stir fried vegetables which seems to go down well.

And my home made chocolate truffles never hang around too much for some reason !! Everyone is always so impressive when they are so easy to make ! If I can make them anyone can basically.

But as I loathe cooking my favourite dish to produce is either cheese fondue or Raclette both of which are really, really popular with friends and allow me to be with them instead of in the kitchen . A very sociable dish for a dinner party.

People love my Tiramisu and my Lasagna.

How do you guess that I'm Italian?

Baked beans, lol.
Gumbo
Enchiladas
Stuffed pasta
BBQ and most anything off the grill

I'm also quite the bartender. I make pretty good drinks to never have had any formal training. I've never even served a drink at a restaurant.

Caponata , oh now you've done it and I am really in need of some of your delicious dishes... I had some caponata recently at at a market on some toasted ciabatta, I thought I was in heaven.

Stop this instant you people are making me so, so hungry....
