I'm not a guy who likes being around kids and would rather meet that special someone and a lifestyle that is-"Double Income No Kids"

Anyone in this situation? One guy at my job who is 50 is married and he and wife have no kids and travel a lot and I find that to be a great lifestyle. That's my dream someday

Does this mean the FWBs will be out of the picture...or do you plan to marry one?

Where will you find her if dating sites haven't worked out, didn't you give up on those?

*raises hand* Not only DINKs but early retirees, at 50 and 60 respectively, for myself and mate. I'm out at the end of the year, Spouse sometime in 2011. And while the economy squashed some of our more ambitious retirement plans, just being able to escape the corporate hamster wheel and have a quiet, stress-free life out in the country is a benefit of being CF.

If you are looking to discuss the CF life, a better place to talk about it would be a board focused on that kind of discussion. Even if you're a fence sitter, there's a place for you at Welcome to The Childfree Life

Nope, I'd rather have kids. Only two at most though. I want the experiences of seeing them walk, hearing their first words, taking them to sports games, having them excel and find their passions in life, etc. That just seems so much more rewarding than taking lots of nice vacations.

Undecided as of yet. However, it sounds okay. I think I might eventually become a villain later on in life so having kids might not suit me.
