I've posted before about Mrs. Chow's father.

He is one of the smartest, talented men I've ever known.

He can paint, he can build things, he has a grasp of current events, seems to understand how the world works.

That being said, he is one of the dumbest people I've ever known.

He has treated his children poorly, has a chip on his shoulder..... Makes others feel small.....

I wish I could shake some sense into him........ literally and figuratively.......

What is scary is that you have to wonder if they are being honest about the radiation issues. First there was none affected, then a few people, now its up to 180. I'm thinking that isnt going anywhere but up, hope I'm wrong.

I tend to think they are proactive about such thing. I am guessing they were. If it was days later and the story changed a whole 180 I'd think cover up. But I am thinking they are fighting as hard as possible and are trying to mitigate any sort of damage and protect life

Your typical friggin government response.... the world could be in a shyt storm and they still lie and say everything is under control.

I'm very anti-government, if you haven't noticed before....

I hadn't paid attention.

It appears the learned from chernobyl debacle. It might not be a perfect response but it better than the Russians reaction in 86.

It is too early to really tell. Long term is the real measure of this whole mess.
