My favorite song currently:

YouTube - ‪One and Only - Adele (Lyrics)‬‏

I find myself singing her stuff a lot...my kids even learned the words...LOL

I just love her voice and her music and the fact that there is meaning to her songs...it's not just fluff.
I love Adele. She has that raspiness in her voice, that sultry sound...and the lyrics are great.

Well at least you won't be vomiting tonight then

I went out and partied like a 20-something a few weeks ago...never again! I think my husband would divorce me if I ever came home that trashed again.

I have been listening to this song lately. It's not quite new, but I like the simplicity of lyrics and her soft voice.

Since I commuted this year, I didn't go to many parties. Needless to say my alcohol tolerance is low. Three beers over the course of two hours and I'm buzzed? Sad showing

I like her voice. She reminds me of Nora Jones...or as my husband would say "Snora Jones". He and I don't have the same taste in music so I had to make the "my car, my music" rule.

Since the kids and I can't all fit in his car...guess who gets to play their music all the time

I'm a rocket scientist so I'm guessing you.

Snora Jones comment made me laugh. To be honest I'm not that big of a fan of hers, but I love Regina Spektor.

Nah...I have no tolerance either. 2 glasses of wine have me nice and tipsy at times (especially if I forgot to eat lunch).

I was completely sh*tfaced from 2 glasses of wine, 3 cosmos and 2 "wooo hooo" shots. My generous friends and some random bar men kept buying me drinks...and like a fool I thought "no problem, I had lunch AND dinner today...I can tolerate it"

Guess who had to clean up lunch and dinner?

There is also this unknown artist Kasey Chambers, but I really like some of her stuff. I first heard this song at the end of Sopranos episode. I searched for it forever, before I knew of youtube. and recently found it.
