If she likes you, she will understand that you are broke and will agree to do something free or go dutch. Two weeks is a long time after the first date. Be honest about your finances. If she is no longer interested because you are broke, she may not be the right one for you.
I had a similar situation in February when I met a girl and we had a nice first date and talked when we arrived home. That girl didn' like talking on the phone and preferred communicating only face to face and text. So her interest level went down because we didn't stay connected after the first date since she only wanted to text.
With this girl I met last night we talked on the phone when we arrived home and texted eac other today. Plus we will have more phone conversations before June 3rd so we can stay connecteduntil then. I don't see how someone can lose interest if the other is i contact on a daily. Now if I don't contact her until next Monday then I can see her losing interest
