It is often the case that you can get further in the world the less scruples you have holding you back. In the case of someone dating a married man, well it takes two to tango. I would say the married man is much more condemnable that his mistress. He is the one who made a vow to be faithful; the mistress isn't breaking any vow.

(Only half-joking here, lol Sometimes I honestly wish that human beings could be just a little a lil more loving, caring, tender, and "angel-like" )
That is the kind of woman I want in my life. Everything you described plus having a certain strength that a strong woman should have. No gold diggers, no con artists, no cheaters, and no liars.

There is always a price for anything you do.

Would you be happy being a dried up skank at 50 with nothing to show for it but an education and some stuff? Who is going to watch over your friend in her twilight years? No one. And that when she will get her karma back. Money can only do so much.

Dating and people suck. Get over it. Focus on other things that are worth your time and will actually make you happy.

You're ruined because of your poor choices, not because of a lack of good girls. If you made better choices, maybe you wouldn't be so broken and ruined. Just saying.

"karma" Made up term that some cosmic force is going to side with you and seek out revenge on your behalf.

The mistress knows he's married and still went along with it. She's just as much at fault. And adultery does include the mistress. It's not limited to the husband and wife.

To paraphrase an OLDE saying.

"Good Girls go to heaven, Bad girls go to Paris."

Not really

Karma - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Karma is not punishment or retribution but simply an extended expression or consequence of natural acts. Karma means "deed" or "act" and more broadly names the universal principle of cause and effect, action and reaction, that governs all life. "

Its not about someone's behalf. Its just cause and effect.

No it doesn't pay to be a "good girl". Is this just now news to you?

Men are shallow. That isn't right wrong or indifferent....it is just the way it is. They want beauty. They pursue beauty.

So you can tout your virtues if you want. But if I were you, I'd hit the gym.
