No one knows about my sexual behaviors other than my closest friends as a lot of the women I meet for sex are from online or bars, not from my social circle. It's not like I walk around with a sign on my back saying "hey....I'm trying to have sex with as many women as possible....come join me!!!!"
When people see me, all they see is a clean cut, upper middle class professional guy who dresses well.

Why on earth would I tell anyone I date about my sexual exploits?? lol No woman would ever date me and as long as I don't have any STDs, it's really no concern of hers.
And btw, I'm not at 200 yet; I'm somewhere around 50 probably.
A lot of older folks married their high school sweethearts ... but still cheated, had other girls they saw on the side, etc. And I know at least of two old couples who shouldn't have married a long time ago but did anyway because of strict expectations of their day.
Today it's different.
Personally I think it is very important to have multiple partners before settling down. And many times it comes out of left field.
For me, I always thought I'd marry a girl with big boobs and butt. It's my thing - I adore women who are voluptuous. But much to my surprise later on, I married a petite woman. She's a buck '05, with petite features. But she's my wife and I wouldn't ever trade.
Sometimes it happens on the first try. But rarely does it work out. It takes time to find yourself, and find what you're looking for, and too many people rush into it.
