Preferred= any career path that can potentially lead to $250k+ a year and that doesn't involve being a hooker.

I agree with not dating lawyers, sales people and realtors. I've found that teachers have been too weird socially.

For preferences, I like occupations that require intelligence.

My preferences are for work/professions that benefit people in some way; research, community service, healthcare, etc.

+1; most of the time ...

Seriously, how can the attributes that are part and parcel of someone's occupational functioning NOT seep into the way they interact with people when not on the job?

Here's another irritating type, the commercial real estate/leasing agent, the ones whose names you see on the major office billboards repeatedly ... talk about a "cloned" group.

I'd date a Mr. Fix it guy. He can fix the hopper, fridge, tv, sub pump, build a shed and the second floor to a house along with new lugnuts on the car.

I think engineers are hot. I've dated one but he seemed to be out of touch with his emotions.

Healthcare professionals like physical therapists and nurses are hot too . Musicians is another one but I wouldn't want to be married to one.

I went out on a date with a nurse/musician last night. I think it was a weird combo lol.
