I don't really get EXACTLY what you're asking but I am assuming you are trying to figure out whether a man with no social life is more likely to have a partner, or if a woman with no social is more likely to have a partner?

I will say gender doesn't really matter. It really depends on the person.

I have no social life whatsoever and I remain a 36 year old virgin. The fat and ugly chick which I was gonna bang (before she bailed out) would often tell me about her immense amount of sexual encounters. So it's safe to say a woman has a way better chance. Obviously a guy with no social life (like me) has certain mental/personality issues which women will avoid like the plague.

You left one option out of the poll; they're in the same boat. They're equally as unlikely to have a partner.

That's why I answered "on the fence." The question made no sense because it wasn't proofread for some odd reason.

So you equate "an immense amount of sexual encounters" with having a partner? That's weird. The OP said nothing about sex.

I believe it was with a fair number of relationship partners. But there was also a large amount of one night stands/FWBs. I'm pretty sure sex would be involved with having a partner.

A person with no social life, be they male or female, would be without a partner by definition, wouldn't they?

I guess I'll actually answer the poll, but truth be told, both genders will not have that many relationships in there lifetime, but it only takes 1.

I'd say women have the better chance at being in a relationship and no social life. You don't need to have a social life to dress and look attractive, which does come from dating a few women who had 0 social life outside of family and maybe 1 other friend. I'm sure my friends would say similar things.
