Maybe I watch too many true crime shows, but that's pretty much the calling card of a serial killer. Or at least it's a more involved version of "hey, little girl, do you want some candy?" Even pretty girls will have their guards up if approached by a strange man with a camera who just wants to take pictures at a secondary location.

There was a Law and Order:Criminal Intent based on a guy who took pics of beautiful women and kept the pictures in a scrap book. Oh - and yes, he killed them.
