I'll say it again: buy an expensive camera. Take some photog courses to give you some basic working knowledge. Have some business cards printed up saying you're a phtographer. When you see a girl you think is attractive walk up to her and present your BC. Say you're doing a portfolio and you would love to have some shots of her in it. Stress this is nothing devious; she can meet you anywhere she feels safe.
Pretty girls who know they're prettyLOVE to have their pictures taken. You flatter them just by saying you'd like to include them in your portfolio. After enough "exposures" one of these girls will see past the photog thing and warm to you.

Maybe I watch too many true crime shows, but that's pretty much the calling card of a serial killer. Or at least it's a more involved version of "hey, little girl, do you want some candy?" Even pretty girls will have their guards up if approached by a strange man with a camera who just wants to take pictures at a secondary location.

There was a Law and Order:Criminal Intent based on a guy who took pics of beautiful women and kept the pictures in a scrap book. Oh - and yes, he killed them.
Not that I was like him, though. However, it seems we have similar families.
