Thread title is misleading, what you describe is a "hookup", not an ONS. And if I got it right, it has a result that the friendship and/or any further contact ends abruptly, with people avoiding/refusing to talk with each from that point on.
I'd ideally like to get it at least a few times from a hot girl but thats like saying I'd like someone to give me a million dollars more than Id like someone giving me $20 since both are very good.

Exactly. A ONS implies the two persons involved are strangers and have nothing to lose.
Hooking up with a friend and risking a friendship is an entirely different matter.

Not at all. A one night stand is simply that. ONE NIGHT with no implied future sexual involvement. Has nothing to do with whether or not the two people have ever met before.
