Sorry I did fail to mention that the plan was to remain ACTUAL bf/gf once I move out. I think the distance will show his true colors and feelings about me after he sees the good ol me again. He'll either be around and make effort or he won't. If not....BYE!

I agree. If I knew the OP's boyfriend, I would advise him to RUN. The OP will never be happy until she gets her way. How superficial. His life will be miserable because a ring will not be enough for her. Marriages are built on a strong foundation of love, maturity and responsibility. She can't have a disagreement without threatening to leave him. This marriage will end in divorce if he complies with her demands.
