I voted yes! My favorite was technically a 2-night stand while I was traveling in Israel. We met at a club, went back to his place, and then he invited me to join him at a different club the next night for a repeat performance. Not sure if it "counts," but I sure do remember it fondly!
I don't regret any of the sexual encounters I have had, either within or outside of relationships. I don't feel there is anything wrong with simply enjoying sex for its own sake. Some have been awesome and a couple have been mediocre, but I would still choose mediocre sex over no sex.
There are somethings in the the bed room that i would not do with a one night stand Like go down on her or toss her salad things like that. It just dseem gross to do that with a female you do not know to well.

The X factor in this, to me, is if the ONS goes really well, it often becomes something other than a one night stand. I had the first one in ages this weekend. The night sucked (too much drinking), the next day was awesome, then we went for brunch, and honestly I hope it wasn't a ONS. If it is, but it in the enjoy column punctuated by a grin that won't leave.
