I often wish I had one of those wood fired pizza ovens.
Cast Iron Pizza Pan is my favorite which I have and I also use my Cast Iron WOK often and I have a Cast Iron Grill Pan for the chicken breast tonight.

Specific pans for specific items and I am very regimented when it comes to which pan I use for a particular dish.

The best pizza in my opinion, is the mom and pop Italian restaurants. You can take the cardboard **** that pizza hut and dominos peddles and stuff it where the friggin sun doesn't shine.....

Friday Mrs Chow and I or me or whatever the correct term is, we were out running errands, we stopped by the bank where her dad had a safety deposit lockbox, we emptied it out, I was hoping for black mail pics, but to no avail, anyhoots, we stopped by a little place we used to go when we lived in that part of town and had a pizza with an antipasto salad with a nice bottle of a spicy Chianti..... good times, good food.....all the food with a bottle of wine was really reasonably priced and good quality too.

I feel good about supporting small local businesses.

Was the big chested ugly teller working?

I prefer the local mom and pop. Bad service will always guarantee me not returning.

Lol! No. (They weren't big, just up and out there. )

This restaurant has been family-owned and -run for years. Their sons went to my high school. Then they sold it to another family. So they work there. Very friendly and down-to-earth. Great service, and, like Chow said, great food. Very nice little place. And they play Frank, Dino, and Tony.

That was lunch yesterday. The gal at the table next to me had a pair that were nearly hanging there for the world to see and her lunch date was hardly paying attention to her or her cans.
