Unfortunately, no, I don't think you should call her. As a few others have said, people who are genuinely interested and like someone do not drop off communicating and do not push dates so far out without a good reason (such as being out of town).
My suggestion is to move on from her and forget her. It was only three dates. There are plenty of other women out there.
