Well, with everybody in our neighborhood having security cameras & pool companies that don’t send the same person every time anyway, I don’t know about that. They would think they were being set up. IMO, somebody who is going to sleep with or date the “pool boy” or the guy who mows her yard doesn’t get out much & doesn’t have many options. I think she probably meant it as a joke. I've heard someone say something similar like "he is such a great dentist that I married him" referring to their dentist hubby.
Perhaps she ended up dating 1 or 2 of the guys and thought it was kind of ironic. I think people are taking this comment way too seriously.

this^^^ not every maintenance/tradesman is hot and even if, I doubt she dates ALL of them. Or rapes them
Even if she's dating her tradespeople, it doesn't necessarily mean she's trading sex for work. She might just think that guys who can fix things are hot.
If you're not interested in maintaining a relationship with her, I suggest regarding it as an ill-considered considered comment that might or might mean what it sounds like. No skin off your nose. If you were interested in a relationship with her, I suggest regarding it as a red flag past which you don't proceed unless you get more information. I'd want to know what her motivation was for dating her service workers, and what her motivation was for including that unnecessary bit of information.
