I was wondering what the ladies thought about men's hair styles. Do you like long hair, short hair, funky styles, maybe something out of a GQ mag. I was just wondering.
I'm trying to grow my hair out all one length. I've gone without a hair cut for about 11 months now. I'm trying to get to the point where I can put it all in a pony tail. I've got about 4-5 months to go and it is driving me nuts. I'm wearing hats and trying to deal with it.
So what do the ladies have to say about mens hair styles.

I like nice, well groomed hair that is a bit on the longish side (think Josh Grobin and 1970's Barry Manilow). The "bed head" look is absurd and atrocious whom ever thought that looking like you just crawled out of the sack is sexy needs professional help. All one length pony-tail hair is nice on men so long as it is very shiny and clean.
I like all sorts of hairstyles but preferably longer. I can't stand it when the guys I work with get theirs all buzzed short. It just seems too paranoid and conformist.
Since I've never seen you, it's hard to say. However, I applaud you for going against the grain of society. Bonus points for that.

I like men with longer hair, but I also like sideburns and hair that is taken care of. I also like men that are bald, kind of sexy to me. I also like men
that have spiked hair (not hair that is a spiked mohawk) I guess I just like all types of men
I'm a fan of longer hair on guys, though not so long it's unhealthy. Have to get rid of split-ends. (Of course that would go for women, too). Really, anything but the aforementioned buzz cut. I don't understand those. I think it's better to go bald than have a buzz cut.

Same here. While any nice, regular hairstyle is fine, longish and long hair do look sexier to me. Hate, hate, hate those buzz marine-like cuts! Did I mention I hate them?! Being bald or having a shaved head looks OK on some, but not many. Not that I'm absolutely fixated on it, but given a choice I'd rather run my hands through hair.
Even though that's not exactly about hairstyle, I also hate big and all kinds of weird sideburns.
Chow, growing hair is a PITA (I had mine cut shortish once). It does go through unpleasant stages. Alas, there's no other way to grow it longer unless you get extensions that is.
