Hey people,

Who has a good MIL. I always read so many posts that talk about how crappy thier MIL's are.

Well I've got good news to report, my MIL is a pretty good lady.

She pretty much adopted me after my mother passed a couple of years ago.

She's about as good as MILs come.

Mine's good. She's low key and sweet.

Only draw back is she picks her nose alot and farts so much she will stink up the livingroom so when you walk in your nose hairs curl LOL

But she's 71 .. what can you do... I like being able to give her a nice place to live (especially seeing where we moved her from).

EVERYBODY should take care of parents in their old age (if they need it or don't want to live on their own)..!!! Just my opinion

As much as I love ya' Chow, sometimes others are not as fortunate as you are and have truly crappy MIL's...if I told you everything she and her daughters have done you'd probably put a hit out on her

But seriously, I don't think any of us were trying to be downers but we are living our reality with crappy in laws...believe me, I'd much rather be writing about my undying love for her but it isn't going to happen...wanna trade?

I feel for ya.

I've heard horror stories about how MIL's can ruin marriages.

I'm just trying to see the abundance of life and to appreciate what I have.

I've read some of your posts in the past about your MIL and I feel your pain.

Life is just too short, try to ignore her, think of all the good you have, children, husband.

And of your course your incredible and fabulous city data friends.

Awwww...this is why I love Chow Chow!!

I do have so many things to be happy about and I am...hence the nickname Polly...happy happy Polly!

Truly, she is one of the only people I can not get along with...maybe it is chemistry...

without a doubt you need to put your foot down and tell her to stop her bad behaviors or she will have to sit in time out without supper
