As for the first person - glad you dumped her. I'm just a divorcee, and I still have family pictures with the ex up around the house for the kids. The lady must not have had kids of her own, or just wasn't thinking straight.
As for the new girl - I would SOOO mention the fact that she had to be online to see when you were online - but that's just me - I figure if I'm gonna make people uncomfortable, I might as well push as much as I can.

Exactly, couldn't say it any better! How does she know you are on this site unless she gets on the site to see? I'd raise the BS flag on her and instead of taking the defensive, go on the offensive and tell her that if this is a sign of things to come (invading your privacy) then perhaps we need to slow things down a notch. Be very blase faire about the whole thing and let her worry about it. You've been through too much in your life to walk on eggshells around her.
