Well on of my friends (Wolfgang) was dating one of my other friends (Olga). He took her to the movies, took her out to dinner, and when he got to his house, he said he had sex with here. I thought that he should of waited longer, but hey, that's just me. He says he does it all of the time on first dates.

You really can't place a timeline on it. If both parties are willing and that's what they want, then nature takes it's course. All depends on your priorities and how much you are into one another.
As for the barn animal remark, I've had plenty of sex prior to marriage and I don't have hoofs, horns or feathers.

No I don't have sex on the first date, but I don't condemn people who choose to do so. I just hope your friend is at least practicing safer sex.
