i didn't read any of the replies. i know they echo what i'm about to say, though.
this thread was started yesterday. are you single today? no? why not? show yourself you care for yourself and do what's right, for you. A weak person would stay.
Dear Ruby, this guy is an abuser. The deeper you get involved, the more abusive he's likely to become. At some point, it could become physical. You and your beautiful black hair deserve SO much better than this!
Has he done anything to manipulate you into isolating yourself from your friends? That would be the next step, another tell-tale sign.
Get out while you can, before it gets worse (hopefully, you're not living together). Don't fall for any excuses, tearful pleading, promises todo better. It's all part of the manipulation. Be strong and firm, and leave. If things get weird, call a women's shelter. Do not show this person any mercy, you need to get away. It WILL get worse if you stay. You have my blessings.
just love him...and if he says what i would do to her about another woman...say im with you tell me what youre gonna do to me im not interested in what you would do to her...eventually he will stop...you need to show him that he cant break you and that you are secure with who you are.. just love him...men are idiots each in their own special ways....
