LOL - yay, puppy! The old saying about them sensing whether a person is "good" or "bad" - I think that's very true.

Yep, I think a dog has an excellent sense whether they trust a person or not.

Dogs do have that sense.

I very much agree. Men have to get her approval before they get anywhere with me. She's not very good at sniffing out heartbreakers though.

Again, watch "The Dog Whisperer" - I'm not usually a fan-boy, but the guy has it down pat (IMHO) - he talks about energy flow, instinct, primal drives...

It applies largely to what we could be.

After all, we're just apes that have taken Nair baths.

That's a good one!

I've met some people that I do not like and have no real reason to dislike them. I think it is something they project.

As far as people creeping me out... all the time.

True, except we carry grudges longer than dogs do. Dogs just have bad experiences which causes their bad behavior. We carry resentments against other humans.

I wish I could erase some of my bad experiences with my fellow humans from my mind.

I think Phil (I think it was Phil) posted something on here a few days or weeks ago where he wrote that all our problems are time-based...they're either in the past or in the future...correct me if I'm wrong, Phil.

Anyway, whoever wrote that, it really struck me as profound.

Time based, interesting choice of words cause I've been doing alot of reading on the subject.

We spend our entire lives in "time" we don't spend much time on the current moments of our lives.

We define ourselves by our pasts and we look forward to the future for salvation, meanwhile we're not "here" at this exact moment.

Think about it for a few days and you'll see what I mean.
