So, your bible god gets to beat on people because it feels so good when he stops.
No, it is not so much that He beats up on people but rather people beat up on themselves because they have death operating in them.
But the end result of it all is the goal. What is so bad about Him bringing everyone back to life and giving them immortality and incorruption? Why do you concentrate only on the process of getting to the goal rather than the goal?

Because the end result is glorious. The end result is greater than the getting to the end result.
Is that supposed to be a comfort to the child with a horrendous facial birth defect? Ever see one? They rarely have any friends. I understand adults believing that. Adults can talk themselves into believing anything. Or get brainwashed into believing anything. But saying, "The end result is glorious" when kids suffer....
There's a reason Pope Francis hugging the man with the facial tumors was big news. People are REAL good at preaching what's in the Bible and telling people, "You get a new body later!!" Very few actually do what Christ did.

Are you implying that you don't want to be resurrected so that you can spend all of eternity bowing down and singing praises to god? Don't be absurd...it's gonna be a blast.

Thanks.
Well, let's just say it wouldn't make my Top 1000 Ways To Spend Eternity.
(If I had my druthers. Which, I'm pretty sure, I don't.)

It sure beats atheism: "Little girl, what happened to you has no cause. You have no cause for even being born. You will soon die and that's it. Enjoy your pathetic little life now cause this is all there is."
True Christianity: "Little girl, what happened to you is just for a little while. You are here for a reason. God is going to resurrect you one day and give you a beautiful body.

Yes, the end result is glorious and me saying it is not due to being brainwashed. To not believe it is to be deceived.

And if Francis hugged the man and said God is going to give you a beautiful new body in the future, you find that offensive?
What did Jesus say about the man born blind? He was born blind for a reason. Read about it in the Bible.
God has the same goal for you as for everyone: resurrection to a glorious life of immortality and incorruption whether you like it or not.
