So basically your argument is a circular "You know that how". In which people give you facts that you ignore . If you want to believe that a book is 100 percent accurate and that science is always wrong then that is on you I imagine. Far be it from me to pull you out of your own ignorance. I also never said that there was no extra biblical writings on them. Another point that you happened to mysteriously gloss over. Go back and read exactly what I said.
Throw in the disagreements about Jesus Christ, and nobody can really say
much about anything over 1900 years !
It goes to show you how little the modern man really does know about his history.
Lucky you! Today is your day to learn something new. Let's spin the globe and see where she stops, shall we? Round and round it goes and stops on.....China. A modern country with people who build things like your computer. And phone. And TV. The Chinese, (they are the people in that really big country in Asia) have a WRITTEN history that dates back to the Shang Dynasty which was 1,000 to 1,600 years before Christ.
The Bible does not suggest that there are no gaps in between the people in the timelines. Some people believe that they listed geneologies are merely highlights-- the important people. Personally, I believe that the Earth is only about 8000 years old and that the science pointing to an older earth is flawed. But I would not suggest someone that believes otherwise is wrong.

I would suggest is because science is more accurate than a collection of tales penned by people without that same knowledge. The science isn't flawed either. Only people with little knowledge of the subject seem to come up with the argument that the science is flawed. Usually utilizing people with no personal scientific training in order to justify their points. It's true that some scientists attempt to prove a young earth theory, but they are in the slim minority. Not because Atheistic scientists are out to disprove Christianity, but because all the data says that the Earth is quite old and people have been around a lot longer than 8000 years.
There is no proof that is the case, only conjecture. The Torah isn't formulaic and doesn't fit how we see other oral cultures pass down their traditions. You also run into the issue that this should have been written down as soon as there was writing in the area which clearly didn't happen. So what you are saying that in a culture where writing was available that the Torah was never written down, yet only appears well after the Country was a smoldering ruin? Excuse me if I have a lot of skepticism at that line of argument.
Torah is only the Law....You're thinking of the TaNaKh which is the complete Hebrew bible...
No, that's you. I actually offer some facts behind my opinions.
