Methinks you don't fully understand what the establishment clause is all about. Separation of church and state means NO favoritism to any religion. Two hundred years from now it may save your off-spring's off-spring from having to convert to Islam.
Isn't that what I just said?...I think it is YOU who doesn't understand what the first amendment is about...
First amendment of the Constitution
The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.
Seems to me that that bible club was in fact peaceably assembling until the FFRF interfered with that assembly...It was their right to peaceably assemble and they have been interfered with, and THAT is unconstitutional and illegal...

That would require a Constitutional Amendment or the turning over of a multitude of SCOTUS decisions. Good luck with that.

Obviously the FFRF disagrees with your statement. And the school board attorneys obviously understood that the FFRF was right. Two different attorneys, same conclusion.
False equivalence AGAIN! You guy all read from the same script, the one with the NRA letterhead. That's just sad.
Really? I didn't copy that from anyone. It's a valid point. If you're going to cite public safety and accidental death as a concern, then you ought to care about banning automobiles.
