The common talk amongst the members of the different families is not sacred, it is the language of the people and to somebody who is from outside they may not understand what is being said. The sacred talk comes from the Spiritual Elders, those that communicate with the Creator and preside over the sacred ceremonies and that kind of talk even some members of the family don't understand. Now I must tell you that different tribal nations have their own language, there are some similarities from one nation to the next, but unless you really understand at least one of those languages it would be very difficult for you to understand the other's. You know it might be interesting for you to learn one of those languages and it's really not that hard, you just have to take the time to do it.
