Churches are just made up of people. They are not God. You don't need to go hang out with other people to have a personal relationship with God. Whether Christianity is a true religion or not, the churches that came out of it are human constructs.
There are some churches that allow homosexuality but this is against what the bible teaches.

If a man lies with a woman during her sickness and uncovers her nakedness, he has exposed her flow, and she has uncovered the flow of her blood. Both of them shall be cut off from their people. (Leviticus 20:18)
Furthermore...
If a woman has a discharge, and the discharge from her body is blood, she shall be set apart seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening. Everything that she lies on during her impurity shall be unclean; also everything that she sits on shall be unclean. Whoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening. And whoever touches anything that she sat on shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening. If anything is on her bed or on anything on which she sits, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until evening. And if any man lies with her at all, so that her impurity is on him, he shall be unclean seven days; and every bed on which he lies shall be unclean. (Leviticus 15:19-24)
The Bible makes it clear that God's view of a woman's monthly cycle is one of disgust and an unclean thing, and intercourse during this time is something He hates. It's an abomination to Him. So, be warned, those who practice what God hates will spend forever in eternal torment in the lake of fire (Revelation 21:8), because they are abominable and unclean (Ephesians 5:5).

Ya, and this verse about sex during menstruation being wrong is a few verses away from the one about homosexuality in the same chapter: Leviticus 20:13
So if you go with one you have to go with another, and neither make any sense.
It also says "If a man marries his brother's wife, it is an act of impurity; he has dishonored his brother. They will be childless." Leviticus 20:21
Which fully contradicts the famously odd story of Onan:
" 8 Then Judah said to Onan, "Lie with your brother's wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to produce offspring for your brother." 9 But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so whenever he lay with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from producing offspring for his brother. 10 What he did was wicked in the LORD's sight; so he put him to death also." Genesis 38:8-10
John 3:16-20......For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him will have eternal life....He did not come to condemm the world but to save it but whomever does not believe stands already condemmed for not believing in the only son of God........Without Jesus NO ONE can go to heaven and NO ONE is worthy or good enough.....ALL MEN are sinners and the soul that sins it shall DIE...........BUT.......God has been merciful to all of mankind and has provided a means to salvation which man could never accomplish on his own.....WE NEED TO GET HUMBLE before God.....REPENT and recognize His love and mercy....and follow His path to salvation in Jesus Christ......all other ways with-out Jesus to help us lead to hell..........Praise be to God who thru the blood of Jesus forgives man's sins and grants eternal life to all who will trust in HIM.......
its not like getting the right ticket. its about moral reform. you could moral reform in a snake pit. god does not care about how much you believe he just wants you to do right.
There are many paths to God. The only right answers are the ones that are right for you and speak to why you are here. Your lessons are unique to you, learn them and you move closer. I suggest learning tolerance, love and compassion are useful on the path and those that express otherwise will have some rude awakenings. No one has the right to criticize the path of another as it is not our road to walk. We each will have our own path and understanding. No church, no self appointed mouthpiece of God can tell you accurately what your path is. We are lucky if we learn enough to understand our own road.
If a kind word or gesture can, provide you something useful along your path then we both prosper. We must all end up at the same place, No one is left behind. Those with the grand egos about their religion being the only way... are nothing more than the rich man seeking the kingdom of heaven.
Don't tell someone you know God, show them.

Sorry but there is only One Way....Acts4:12........there is only one name by which man can call upon to be saved....and that is the name of JESUS......NO MAN can save himself or be good enough or kind enough etc etc .....FOR ALL HAVE SINNED......It is egotistical to not be humble before God and accept what He has done for mankind thru Jesus....man always thinks He has a better more tolerant more politcally correct way to God but man's way leads to death.......

Out of curiosity, may I ask what you intend to do with anyone who happens not to follow Christianity?
I see some comments on here that are exactly in line with my thinking...and others which don't ring true for me.
Personally I tend to judge things by these standards when it comes to spirtual (or political) matters. Those who know the least will proclaim it the loudest. And those who bring fear into the equation are basically attempting to "beat" you by fear into accepting their dogma. If your religious beliefs are all about fear....do you deep down honestly believe a loving god or supreme being would want the world to run this way in his name ? If you really think about it it's just crazy....but that is the state of our world today. There is so much fear all around and it causes wars, crimes, insanity and all manner of bad things.
I mean some of the "christians" on here are starting to sound like some of the radical muslims....always talking about death, hell, punishment if you don't believe just like them. You gotta wonder why anyone with a halfway happy life would be attracted to any of these belief systems.
I got turned off by organized religion a long time ago....and drifted on for years with no real beliefs due to wanting to escape all the fear that I'd grown up with in the conservative "christian" faith of my parents.
Through some fortunate events and meeting a few wonderful people....my spirtual needs are now summed up very briefly as follows. Notice how simple things are. You don't have to worship anybody, pay tithes to a church, fear anybody or anything etc...
1) Love....express it anytime you can to everybody you can.
2) Help others anytime you can offer assistance (this can be your back...or your wallet)
That's it....simple huh ?
