Darwin studied Theology [supposedly; at least he got a BA in "Theology, whether he studied, or not], which means God's Word. He is a reprobate as to being a theologian of the Word of God.
God gives men over [who reject Him] to a reprobate mind:

I am not clever. God gave us answers, and I pasted from the Book of the Upright [Jasher] the answers as to how the kinds were brought on board the Ark.

As to antibiotics, Noah wrote them down for his sons, before the dark age caused by the fall of the tower of Babel.
The ancient Egyptians and ancient Chinese and other ancient civilizations had the remedies for diseases, which remedies became lost as civilizations were toppled, and rediscovered as dark ages were ended, over and over again in history.
The Book of Jubilees [every 50th year is a Jubilee year, by God's creation calendar], and the Book of Jubilees tells that Noah wrote down the remedies [given by angels], for his sons for the physical afflictions the evil spirits were allowed to afflict Adamkind with, after the flood:
