At least the ones we do know, and family members, ... can vote in Providence. They also own plenty of high dollar real estate, automobiles, and pay hefty taxes in Providence. Unlike mere tenants who choose to work in other states and pay miniscule taxes in Providence. And, oh yes, they'll vote for Buddy all day long so he can clean up the like the, you know, gutter areas like Snow St.
