Yes,
I've had the house only 2 years, so I bet I'll have to pay the $8000 credit back.
The good thing is that since I bought, I've been making improvements thinking that someday I was going to sell it.
The last thing I did a couple of weeks ago was paint the garage with Glidden's blue "Cool cobalt"

This color

That's a very groovy color Dopo!! And hey, congrats on the new job! What area of Houston do you think you'll be? My daughter lived there for a year, new the Galleria mall. I really like that area and Montrose. Lots to do and very cool.

On another note, we just got back from the Food Truck Park (Boardwalk on Bulverde). It was FUN! There was a DJ who was taking requests, so lottsa variety (he was somewhat surprised when my kids requested Led Zep and the Doors, haha!) and there was quiet a bit of variety on the trucks. Very enjoyable, just wish it was closer to my side of town.

Hmm, gonna go see if Palladia just happens to have on a Zepp show. That would be very nice right now.. vrrry nice..

It's just a really nice night tonight. Funny how some things can just happen out of the blue and sorta throw you for a loop, but in a good way..

Was watching House Hunters International last night and decided I'm moving to Grand Cayman.. been there once before and loved it and figured it was too expensive, but it's not. I just need to find a job that doesn't care where I live or finish my MBA and get into some financial type job. Only problem is it does get a little cool there in the winter months, but nowhere near as bad as here.

To run or not to run? that is the question I need to answer real quick.. I'm leaning towards run, especially after spending the past few hours on the roads in a car. Nothing ruins my day like driving around here does...

edit- ok, gonna run. thanks for all the input...

and how can two of the same pairs of jeans fit completely different? I bought a pair of Levis 510 jeans in blue and really liked them, so I picked up a light black/dark grey pair and I can barely get them over my hips. They're supposed to be tight, but they aren't even close to the same fit. The blue ones fit just fine and feel great and the others won't even come close to fitting and they don't even feel like the same material. Now I have to go back to the mall..

There is something about the different fabric they hafta use for the different dyes. Apparently. My daughter used to work for Lucky Brand Jeans (BEFORE they changed their image to "Ralph Lauren Chaps" YUK!) and that's what she explained to me. I had my absolute FAVORITE fit of theirs ("Lil' Maggie", ULTRA lowrise, but cut wide enough for my big ol' behind!), but always had to try it on before buying. Could easily be a size up or down depending on the color, and the placement of pockets, details, etc.

Dang I miss those jeans. Stupid Liz Claiborne Inc. for ruining a really great brand!

The lady at Macy's told me it was probably a sewing error and suggested I go up a size. She just didn't understand my logic of only buying the jeans because I CAN. I can't even remember the last time I fit in a size 30 waist, so yeah, I'm going to wear them in that size. duh.. then she tried to give me a refund on a Macy's gift card. Assuming that's what I wanted. I told her I go in the mall maybe once every couple years and twice today..
