Aracely is not hot, she annoys me. Kia girl (Vanessa Macias) was. I also think that the MILF from the Watsons commericals is hot.

I Agree, Aracely is so annoying!!! I mean when she first started out she had to yell out her name at the beginning of the commercial like anyone cared who she was. That’s all I would hear just before I would change the channel. I always got a kick out of people on TV that felt they needed to tell you who they were in before a advertisement, especially if they were nobody in the first place. (not to sound rude, I meant not famous already)

LOL! That Watsons couple is pure cheese, great stuff, we always laugh when that commercial comes on - they just seem like such sleazy swinger types (not to say all swingers are sleazy, just that they in particular seem sleazy), you know, the kind of folks that shoot amateur porn on the weekends.

I wonder if that business is some sorta tax shelter or secret drug ring (like Fred's Fish Fry, you NEVER see anyone eating there, and they're all over downtrodden neighborhoods throughout SA, it HAS to be a drug ring) though, I mean how many tanning beds, patio furniture, and fiberglass hot tubs can you sell in a day just to pay the rent on that huge building of theirs?

Those were my sentiments exactly on that couple!

My new least favorite local commercial star is that waitress from Jim's, where everything is $5.99.

Oh man, I didn't know that "MYRTLE" had her own TV commerical now - EGADS! I HATE those life-sized stand ups of this strange woman in Jim's - is she wearing a wig, like a really bad wig? I hope so.

LOL.....I have to wonder why they are so hotly marketing the male customer base? Are guys into Kias? Maybe Kia WANTS them to be. I NOT too keen on their latest model....but the girl before her was almost making provocative hand gestures to point out her "body parts" instead of the cars! It was so transparent and NOT appealing to a female audience IMHO!!

As a woman with car buying power, I've been insulted WAY too many times by male chauvanistic pig salemen who won't even greet me when I walk on a lot to check out new cars. Their loss.....and I've let a couple of Sales Managers know why I was taking my biz elsewhere. There are a couple of dealerships that couldn't give me a car because of STUPID salemen or sales tactics.

OMG....Googie, you have described my thoughts exactly....ROFLMAO!!! Ms W can't seem to get her image down. Either she's exposing too much skin, or she's got some Mae West hair in her face. What's wrong with drawing attention to the MERCHANDISE and downplaying the OWNERS!!! EGADS...where did these people learn marketing....or are they making it up as they go! (I think they learned some from Don's and Ben's specials!)

DITTO! Jim's has been around since the fifties.....so who is this Myrtle supposed to be? Is she a family member? A figment of Jim's past waitress memories? Geez.....they've done such a nice job of upgrading a lot of those very dated restaraunts, and she doesn't reflect ANYTHING upscale! Sort of like what someone's grandma looked like in the 50's. And yes....this is the South...and many of us have Texas accents, but can talk like we're educated? Who is their audience? Bubba and the old lady that fell off the turnip truck? (Sorry...Jim fans....I am very sentimental about Jims ...but somethings are just NOT "ok"!)
