*big thumb's up*

Any new restaurant downtown is okay news to me, especially when it's not attached to a larger corporate entity (paging Rainforest Cafe/Hard Rock). Houston Street could use more tenants to get folks downtown, spending money and strengthening the infrastructure. Added, it's the only (I think) creole eatery to open down here, so it'll be a welcome change to the usual this and that.

Sister in law said that a logans roadhouse is supposed to be built in new braunfels right around the home depot. Said she saw a sign saying this. Can someone confirm this that lives out there?

A little surprised, but went there for lunch about 2 weeks ago and wow the foor was horrible. Have been to the original location many times and never disappointed, but this last time was dreadful.

The Blanco Cafe was crossed off my list (and everyone I know) when a friend found a *used* bandaid in their breakfast taco.

We got a roasted veggie pizza from them. One of the veggies was roasted cucumber. Now, that was a surprise.
