I was always wondering who this guy was on the e-mails and never noticed that nothing was sent to the guy I knew. I just found out yesterday that he goes by his middle name and I've worked there since September. A woman also goes by her middle name instead of her first and her first name is my favorite
As someone who goes by her middle name, I wonder why you assume you have to use your first name? I personally use my middle name because it "fits" me better than my first name. It's also one syllable (as opposed to three) which works for me also.

Because it makes sense.

On a side not I also go by my middle name and would love to change it to my first name.

I'm screwed because I don't like my middle name any better than I do my first name. One of the reasons I joined the military was to be called by my last name.

that's pretty funny sapph. is it true?

and it doesn't really annoy me, but it is different and you should tell people that is not your actual name. That one guy never received any e-mails from me because I didn't know who he was.

nice rep total sapph

Thanks! I have a tiny hernia. I thought I either had GERD or cancer of the esophagus, because I am a hypochondriac. Thank God I have good health insurance. My doc is the best!

I was kinda freaked out, but who knew they could put a camera down your throat while you're still awake and you wouldn't mind a bit? Nor remember much even.
