Well, is anyone surprised that Emilio's BAC was .19? They are asking the Harris County DA to charge him with DUI and intoxication assault.

My youngest used to say that - She'd ask, "Dad will you take me a bath?" or she'd say "Mom took me a bath"....funny stuff!
