The sales experience I had at Ancira (Bandera) was fine - the salesman was very easy going, no pressure at all. He even followed up well after the sale, to make sure everything was going good. Kudos to great sales people!

Default Buy from ancira !!!!! Something is wrong at rod east !!

me and my wife were looking for a jetta. After going online to get an idea on what we were going to spend we went to ROD EAST and we dident even get to talk to anyone ...!! if anyone would come up to me i would say' we were just looking anyway' but the fact that no one greeted us was weird.. mabe they were busy it was saturday.. as we walked arround for 25 min now i was starting to get UPSET we noticed a customer comming out of the building YELLING that .."these a@@ h@@les wasted her time and she was lied to.. and that she would never return, WELL that was enough for us.. so we went home.. on sunday we went to ANCIRA VW on bandera . we were greeted with a smile....it was a drive but well worth it .. they had a section that was clearly marked with REDUCED PRICES that were lower than any other internet dealerships prices.. it was so easy, everyone was friendly. im very pleased i went to ANCIRA and we are enjoying our NEW JETTA its almost a week old now.. so i was reading the other blogs on this site and i think Mr Ancira does read this site because it looks like there were some changes and they are for the better ... I WILL BUY MY NEXT VW FROM ANCIRA !!!!!

Ancira might have a better deal, but Rod East has a way better customer service.
Ancira sale tactics never impressed me, but when last time they forged my signature on one of the sale documents – I said that I never ever would deal with them again.
