The real Tren is not a supplement you buy over the counter if ya catch my drift.

My new supplement is just pure chocolate milk. Seem to get the same results..and it tastes better!

"Milk drinkers gained 40% (2.5 lbs) more muscle mass than soy drinkers and 63% (3.3 lbs) more than carbohydrate beverage drinkers. Fat loss was smaller, with those downing carbohydrate drinks dropping one pound and milk drinkers losing two."

I do catch yo' drift, but I'm really not the type to go steroid: The needle thing doesn't do it for me and I like my kidneys/liver way too much.

Added, since I want dry, lean gains, there are very few things out there that are sold at supp stores that work within how I'm training. For me, it's all about diet. A weekly diuretic also seems to help. So far, the abs are stacking and I'm sitting at 6'3" 195lbs 7% bf.

PS: This is all subject to change if the lure of mexican food it too great. Then it's a matter of working it all off on the star-master. Ugh.

I'm getting my feet wet with adding a few supplements to give me a "leg up" on my fat loss. I've recently added BCAA's but it's in tablet form. I'm thinking I need to get some that you add to water and drink during a workout. I've heard that ICE is good - anyone ever used it? Is there anywhere in town that sells it?

Yah I wasn't sure, I know they name supplements after steroids so I was just asking.
