Moderator cut: orphaned If the business screwed up they need to do what they must to make that customer happy, I am tired of going to a resturaunt or food place and having them screw up and just be OH WELL about it, the customers pay their salary always remember that.
I went to Olive Garden the other day had a great waiter who took care of my family and for that I gave him a good tip.
Good story Blizrd.

Awesome customer service incident but I wonder if the good outcome had anything to do with this particular client being preggers?

That's just good business sense. Do you have any idea how many pizzas that little mouth is going to consume?

Magnolia Pancake Haus (Embassy location). Lived in SA for 18 years, and finally made it here. Huge portion, we had to take a lot home. Had the apfel pfannekuchen...yummy!!!

Two Step over on Braun Rd @ 1604....wife and I met youngest son and his better half to celebrate her birthday with a nice dinner. Service was WAY over the top, IMO - and even the owner came by several times to ensure all was well!

Their brisket stuffed jalepeno's wrapped w/bacon.......oh, yummy!!!!!!!

We WILL be back!!

Been there twice in the last month, this place is really good. Just hope they don't start getting real crowded as people find out!

We checked out Little Nick's last night based on your write up and weren't disappointed. We had great service and wonderful pizza. I'm looking forward to the leftovers for lunch today! *drool*
