The system has to move northward before we get anything. We had 2 episodes of 1 minute rain near Helotes today. It's sunny and hot over here now.

Radar indicates that San Antonio is just a few hours from a direct hit from Tropical Storm Hermine. Main impacts will be very heavy rainfall and significant flash flooding. Wind gusts could range from 40 to 50 mph with sustained winds around 30 to 35 mph.
