San Antonio does not need rain. It just rained last week, Thursday I think. So no need for more of that crap.

Its summer, so the heat is expected. Not sure why all the folks are over exaggerating this heat this year.

Default Here comes the rain!! And cool front !!!

This is the last "hurrah" of the Texas heat as the sun tries to squeeze out every last sun ray she can before Fall creeps up on us. Now, check out the forecast for the days ahead. Looking good, folks. Some may need a jacket next weekend(you know who you are).

Not exaggerated one bit, we're outpacing our driest year on record in year to date rainfall (1917) by over an inch, and we're now 12 days away from having the most 100º days in a year.

3. 36 IN 1998
4. 33 IN 1948

8. 28 IN 1989
9. 26 IN 1962
10. 25 IN 1996
11. 22 IN 1953 AND 2000
I don't know about you, but I don't expect to be in record territory.

EDIT: Noon temps, 104º. Yesterday was 106, which was the hottest day since Sept 5, 2000 when we set our all-time record high of 111. That 111 is in serious danger today of being replaced.

I'll believe it when I see it (this drought has made me a major cynic regarding rain!).

Looking at the current noon temps for the US at weather.com, we are actually the hottest area of the entire country right now. It looks like we are living on a historic day today.

Nah, it's all ending now. We're on the last "hurrah" of the heat. This weekend it will ALL CHANGE.
